Check connectivity in the app
Open the Automower® Connect app and look at the icons in the top-right of the mower dashboard.
Bluetooth connection status
A gray Bluetooth icon means your mobile device isn't connected to the mower via Bluetooth.
Husqvarna Cloud connection
A white or black cloud icon (depending on the background color) shows the mower is connected to the Husqvarna Cloud via Wi-Fi or cellular.
This indicates that cellular or Wi-Fi communication (depending on your mower model) is working.
Check the product label on your mower to see which model it is.
