Disconnected from Bluetooth

Check connectivity in the app

  • Open the Automower® Connect app and look at the icons in the top-right of the mower dashboard.

Bluetooth connection status

  • A gray Bluetooth icon means your mobile device isn't connected to the mower via Bluetooth.

Husqvarna Cloud connection

  • A white or black cloud icon (depending on the background color) shows the mower is connected to the Husqvarna Cloud via Wi-Fi or cellular.

  • This indicates that cellular or Wi-Fi communication (depending on your mower model) is working.

Which model are you running?

Check the product label on your mower to see which model it is.
