Check connectivity in the app
Open the Automower® Connect app and look at the icon in the top-right of the mower dashboard.
Husqvarna Cloud connection status
A gray cloud icon means your mower isn't connected to the Husqvarna Cloud. This means that cellular or Wi-Fi communication (depending on your mower model) is not working.
Bluetooth connection
A white or black Bluetooth icon (depending on the background color) shows that you may still have a Bluetooth connection to the mower, even if Wi-Fi or cellular are not connected.
Check the product label on your mower to see which model it is.
