Disconnected from Husqvarna Cloud (Wi-Fi/Cellular) and Bluetooth
In the Automower® Connect app, check the connectivity icons in the top right of the mower dashboard.
If the mower is completely disconnected, both icons will appear gray.
A gray cloud icon means the mower is not connected to the Husqvarna Cloud, indicating that cellular or Wi-Fi communication (depending on your mower model) is not functioning.
A gray Bluetooth icon shows that your mobile device is not connected to the mower via Bluetooth.
