Automower® support

For security reasons, the pin code is always required to create a connection to your Automower® robotic lawn mower. This requirement applies even if the security level is set to low and the PIN code has been disabled for actions such as starting the mower or accessing the mower menu. Therefore, unless the person trying to connect knows your Automower® PIN code, they cannot establish a connection to your mower.

Additionally, the communication between the Automower® robotic lawn mower and the Automower® Connect app is encrypted with a high level of security. Without the correct encryption keys, it is impossible for anyone to understand what is transmitted over the air.
