To connect your product via Bluetooth, your Husqvarna app, such as Automower® Connect or Husqvarna Connect, requires access to Bluetooth (iPhone and Android) and Location Services (Android only).
Check the following before trying to connect using Bluetooth:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone: Turn on Bluetooth.
Check that Bluetooth access is enabled for the app:
Open Settings.
Select the app.
Turn on Bluetooth.
Ensure location access is enabled for your phone: Turn on location access for your phone.
Check that location access is enabled for the app: Turn on location access for the app.
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled in your phone settings: Turn on Bluetooth.
