My Automower® robotic lawn mower has been stolen. What should I do?
If your Automower® robotic lawn mower has been stolen, we recommend you report it to the police, your local dealer and your home insurance provider.
Report the theft to the police
File a report to the police.
Note the case number of your report.
Report the theft to your local dealer
For Husqvarna to know that your product has been stolen, we need you to report the theft to your local dealer.
Your dealer will ask for the following information:
Serial number
Product model
What date the product went missing
What is missing (both the robotic lawn mower and the charging station or only the robotic lawn mower?)
Case number of the police report
If a customer comes to the dealer with a product that is reported as stolen, the dealer will ask for a proof of purchase or ownership and, if needed, contact the police.
Contact your home insurance provider
Many home insurance policies will cover robotic lawn mowers as standard.
Contact your home insurance provider to see if your robotic lawn mower is insured and if you can get compensation for the loss.
