The navigation accuracy of Automower® robotic lawn mowers varies depending on the specific model and the features available in your mower.

Automower® models with GPS-assisted navigation

For older X-line mowers that use GPS-assisted navigation, the precision level is 3–5 metres (10–16 feet).

Automower® models with AIM Technology

If your Automower® supports AIM Technology, you can define work areas and stay-out zones with a precision of approximately 1 metre (3 feet). Click here to find out which models support AIM Technology.

Automower® models with EPOS™ wire free Technology

The navigation precision for models with EPOS™ wire free technology varies depending on the installation method: via the Husqvarna Cloud (available only in selected markets) or with a local reference station.

EPOS via the Husqvarna Cloud

This option offers very good position accuracy, typically better than 5 cm (2 inches).

EPOS via a local reference station

This option provides superior position accuracy, typically better than 2 cm (0.78 inches).
