How to resume operation after pressing the STOP button on Automower® NERA
What happens when you press the STOP button?
The STOP button immediately halts your lawn mower and stops the blades. As a safety feature, your lawn mower cannot restart remotely from the app and must be manually restarted from the display.
Restarting Automower® after pressing STOP
Using the jogwheel:
Enter your PIN code
Depending on what you want to do, turn the jogwheel and press once to select an option:
Select Remote Control to enable appDrive steering from the Automower® Connect app
Press the Park symbol to park the lawn mower, and select if you want to park until further notice or for a selected period of time.
Press the Start symbol to resume mowing, and select Resume schedule or Select work area.
Press again to confirm
Note: Remote control mode is available on Automower® NERA models manufactured in October 2025 and later. For older Automower® NERA models, this display mode will be added through a firmware update. The Automower® Connect app will notify you when the update is ready.
