Unable to charge the battery
Try this solution
Cool down or warm up the battery to room temperature
The battery is too cold or too hot to use or charge.
When the battery temperature is -10°C to 70°C degrees, it can be used. When the battery temperature is 5° C to 50°C degrees, it can be charged again.
Use the battery charger in ambient temperatures between 5°C (41°F) and 40°C (104°F).
Outside the above limits, the battery will not be able to charge or discharge properly.
