What chain oil to recommend will vary from case to case, but a good indicator is to ensure the chain oil keeps its lubricating ability for the outside temperature, e.g. the oil shall not thicken if the outside temperature is low.
Furthermore, it is recommended to use a biodegradable oil like the Husqvarna X-GUARD BIO.
