Product won't start

Try this solution

Start the hedge trimmer correctly

⚠️CAUTION: If the battery does not slide easily into the battery holder, it is not installed correctly. Remove the battery and reinstall it until it clicks securely into place.

1. Press and hold the START/STOP button until the green LED indicator illuminates.

2. Grip the trigger lockout, then press the throttle trigger. The cutting attachment should begin to move.
