Check the Tap'n'Go system

If your product is equipped with the Tap'n Go system, inspect it to ensure it is functioning correctly. The spring-loaded knob should move freely up and down when pressed.

If the mechanism does not move freely, the Tap'n Go system may be damaged. Replace the trimmer head before using the product again.
