Will the entire clutch drum need to be replaced if the sprocket is damaged?
If your chainsaw uses a rim sprocket, the rim gear or drive gear can be changed separately. If your chainsaw uses a spur sprocket, the complete sprocket must be changed. The clutch should also be inspected for wear and replaced if necessary.
