My chainsaw chain won’t fit or keeps binding — what should I check?
Before installing the guide bar and chain, make sure the plastic spacer near the bar stud between the bar cover and the chassis has been removed. This shipping spacer can cause fitment and chain movement issues if left in place. Once removed, install the bar and chain as instructed in the Operator’s manual.
