How to get a good collecting result
Ensure that you're running with correct RPM of the engine.
Don't cut more than 1/3 of the grass length.
Don't cut the grass whilst it is wet.
Ensure that the collecter bag isn't clogged or wet. If clogged/dirty, clean it with the garden hose and let it dry completly before using it again.
