Clogged fuel tank vent

1
Immediately after the hedge trimmer has stopped and can not be started again, put the unit on the side and open the tank cap completely.

2
Close the tank cap again.

3
Try to start. If it starts but stops again after a short while, the fuel tank vent is clogged.

Try this solution

Check the fuel cap is tightened and not damaged

Unscrew the fuel tank cap, make sure it is not damaged, and screw it back carefully and tight.
If the cap is damaged, replace it.
