To check if the engine is getting fuel, pull the starter rope three times. Remove the spark plug and check if the electrode is dry.
If the electrode is dry the engine is not getting fuel.

If the engine is not receiving fuel, inspect the fuel line and fuel filter. Cleaning or replacing the fuel filter may resolve the issue.
1. The fuel filter is attached to the fuel hose inside the tank and can be accessed through the fuel filler opening. Carefully remove the filter.
2. If the filter is lightly soiled, clean it with a soft brush. If it is heavily contaminated or damaged, replace it.
3. Inspect the fuel hose for blockages, cracks, or fuel leaks.
4. Ensure the filter neck is fully inserted into the fuel hose and that the retaining clip is securely fastened to prevent the filter from coming loose.
