Start the engine and let it run until the white smoke disappears
White smoke is typically steam caused by condensation inside the engine. This can occur if the grass trimmer has been stored outdoors overnight or exposed to cold, damp conditions.
Run the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature. The steam should disappear as the accumulated moisture evaporates.
