Trimmer does not feed enough cutting line

Remove the cutting line from the spool and rewind it
The line might be twisted around the spool.

How to reload trimmer line on R25 trimmer head
Cut a line of 5,2m trimmer line (2,0mm).
Align the two arrow marks on the trimmer head by turning the centre knob.
Push the line thru the trimmer head according to the picture. Make sure both ends are of equal length.
Wind the trimmer line into the spool by turning the centre knob in the direction of the arrows while holding the trimmer head housing still. Turn the knob until the line ends stick out about 130mm out from each side of the trimmer head.
Feed out trimmer line by bumping the centre knob to the ground while the trimmer head is rotating.
