I purchased a new mower it was just delivered by my local dealer. The mower starts and runs fine, but has no motion. I can push the mower in either direction, but it will not drive forward or reverse. What's wrong?

Please refer to the Operation section of your Owner’s Manual—To Transport, there you will see instructions on how to engage and disengage the freewheel function. Push in to engage the transmission (drive), pull out to disengage the transmission (pushing or towing).
