Battery will not charge or stay charged

Make sure the battery is charged or charge battery with standard procedure
Use a standard battery charger.
⚠️CAUTION: Do not use a boost charger or start booster. That will cause damage to the electrical system of the product.
• Place the battery in the charger and charge for 4 hours at maximum 3A. Wait until the battery is fully charged.
• Check the battery for adequate voltage, voltage should be no less than 12 volts DC. If the voltage is less than 12 volts you need to replace the battery.
• Always disconnect the charger before starting the engine.
• Install the battery. Connect the red cable to the POSITIVE battery terminal (+) and the black cable to the NEGATIVE battery terminal (-). Make sure that the red (+) cable is drawn behind the black (-) cable.
If charging the battery with the standard procedure does not work, you might need a new battery from a Husqvarna service dealer.
